Authorifing the taking the Cedfus of
the Alabama Territory.

lative Counc it and Houjp of Repre-
fentatives-of the Alabama Territo.

That it fhall be the duty of all the
inhabitants of this Territory, being
heads of families, and perfons not
meds or  belonging to any particular f0mily,

C       their refpective Counties ; fuch eli-
mates from heads of white families
to be on oath, and contain an enu-
meration of the whole number of
inhabitants belonging to his or her
family, making a correct diflinction
