90-63    COLECTION SERVICES: Any person capable of taking an
oath, including a representative of a collection
agency which represents a business victimized by a
defendant's worthless check, can make and sign the
affidavit of complaint required by Rule 3, Tennessee
Rules of Criminal Procedure, to secure an arrest
warrant for the defendant.
90-61    CONSTITUTIONAL LAN. TENNESSEE: In a multi-county
district a candidate for the office of state senator
must reside in the senatorial district one year prior
to the election as a qualification for that office; on
the other hand, in a senate district which is part of
a multi-district county, a candidate for the office of
state senator need only be a resident of the county
for more than one year prior to election as
qualification for any one of the state senatorial
districts which are part of that county; the one-year
residency requirement applies to the general, not
primary, election. Tenn. Const. Art. II, §6, S9, §10;

number of situations, and for which there is no
reasonable basis for the classification contained
