AGE: Majority: Minority: A child found guilty of
possessing or consuming alcohol is a delinquent
child if the child is also in need of treatment or
rehabilitation, and Department of Corrections has
no guidelines which designates these children as

influence of an intoxicant has no federal or state
constitutional or statutory right to counsel for
the administration of field sobriety and breatha-
lyzer tests during an on-the-scene investigation.

general election rather than in conjunction with

ATTORNEYS: Of Record: Practice of Law: A duly authorized
representative (officer, director, or employee) of
a corporation is allowed to participate in an
appeal to the State Board of Equalization even
though neither the Tennessee Supreme Court nor the
General Assembly has authorized a corporation or
other artificial entity to be represented by anyone
other than through an attorney licensed to practice
