Counties where assistant prosecutors are employed under § 56.700, RSMo Supp. 1980,
are responsible for the employer's share of social security taxes and for fringe
benefits provided to other county employees.

The Coordinating Board for Higher Education nust open all neetings, votes, and
records unless the closing of such meeting, vote, or record is- justified under
the provisions of § 610.025, RSMo; all business discussed or transacted in a
closed meting nust fall within the exceptions under § 610.025, RSMo; the board
must duly vote at an open pfablic meeting that the board will close the meeting;
notification of a closed neeting is not required when the vote to close such meet-
ing has been made at an open mleeting of which the public has been notified; all
mmbers of the public should be removed fron a closed meeting; and if the board
lawfully votes to close a meeting, vote, or record under § 610.025, the vote or
record of such neeting is not open under the provisions of Chapter 610, RSMo.
