1. May the Board of Pension Trustees require
that a former state police officer who
retired on a three-fourths disability
pursuant to 11 Del.C. S8324 undertake a
medical examination every six months in
order to determine the continuing eligi-
bility of the officer?

2. If so, and if the examination reveals
the officer is no longer eligible for
three-fourths disability pension, may
Board of Pension Trustees reduce his
pension?
