In answer to your questLa, Ark. Const., Art. 7, § 28, statess
The county courts shall have aeolesio original
jurisdiction to all matters relatag to county
tames, roeds, bridges, ferries, peapers, bastardy,
vagrasts, the apprenticeship of astnors, the die-
bursement of Mney for county purposes, and in
every othr case that may be Aecessary to the ioter*
nal taprevemnt and local concerns 61 the respective
counties. The county court shall be hald by one
judge, asxept io cases otherwise herein provided.
