      AuTHORrnY UNDER SECTION 2(B) OF THE NATIONAL              IDrsRIAL
      RJCOVERY   AcT
      By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 10(a) of the Nsaali Indus-
 trial Recovery Act approved June 16, 1933 (Public No. 67, 73d Coc'ne  . I hereby
 prescribe the following rules and regulations necessary for carrying ou it purposes
 of title I of said act:
     A. No one shall falsely represent himself to be discharging the id'itac6a or
 complying with the provisions of the President's Reemploymeni AveMenci   of
 any code of fair competition approved by the President under the Naatu, Eidu.trial
 Recovery Act or of any rule or regulation prescribed to carm  out W  Ae Wposes of
 said act.
     B. No one shall display or use any emblem or insignia or amy 2ngredetion
 of any emblem or insignia of the National Recovery Adnministratinc tentrary to
 any rule or regulations prescribed hereunder by the Administraser  u b hiastrial
 Recovery.
     By virtue of the authority vested in me by sect on 2(b) of the afovea act, and
in supplement to Executive orders of June 16, 1933 and July 1. I R wunbered
6173 and 6205-A, respectively, I hereby authorize the AdninistriT Per dustrial
Recovery to prescribe such rules and regulations as he may deem neen7 V upple-
ment, amplify, or cam out the purposes and intent of the rules and mrmiaions
prescribed in paragraphs A and B of this order, and to take such other sipa so he
may  deem advisable to effectuate such rules and regulations or any ruls ani reguta-
tions so prescribed by the Administrator, and to appoint personnel -sLui dieegate
thereto such powers as may be deemed  necessary to accomplish the nrposes of
this order.
    0- Any  person who violates any of the foregoing rules and regusuats or any
rule or regulation prescribed hereunder by the said Administrator. ms-  e ?uished,
as provided in section 10(a) of the National Industrial Recoverr Act, b a ine at to
exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment not to exceed 6 muma. ;r both.
