I. Introduction

Because we have so many new board members, we are planning to start the retreat
with a get to know you exercise. Below are some suggested topics:

How long have you lived in the Washington area?

If you are not from here, where are you from and why did you come to Washington?

Tell us a little about your professional background.

Why did you join the WBA and what attracted you to the WBAF Board?

If you are active in other aspects of the WBA or other Boards or Bar Associations, tell
us a little about your other interests and involvements.

If you have any pro-bono or fundraising involvement or interests, tell us something of
       those.
