RE: May 12th Meeting

Our final board meeting of the year will be held May
12th in my offices. To celebrate the end of our year, I will
provide food and drink for the board.

Three items of particular note will be raised at the
board meeting. Jennifer Porter will be with us to discuss the
Leadership Training Conference she has been developing this year.
She anticipates that it will be presented in October, 1987.
However, she would like the board to be aware of the commitments
that will be made in order to achieve this.

A proposal by the Law Association for Women of GW Law
Center will be discussed. That proposal is outlined in its
letter to me dated April 20, 1987 which is enclosed.

Finally, the Space Committee will make its report on
the status of our discussions with the Bar Association of D.C.
It is my understanding that these discussions have been going
very favorably.

I look forward to seeing you on the 12th for this our
final meeting.
