              Dear Elizabeth:

We are pleased to enclose ten copies of the book, Creating Pathways to Success, which is
the Final Report of the WBA's Initiative on Advancement and Retention of Women
published May 2006. We enclose also ten copies of its Executive Summary to the
Initiative, which you may wish to distribute to clients and others.

As a Silver sponsor to the Initiative, you are receiving ten copies of each of these
products automatically, and on a complimentary basis. Additional copies are available,
up to 15 on a complimentary basis at your level of sponsorship. Because demand may
require a second printing, we have made a basic allocation among sponsoring firms to
permit us to distribute fairly without charge to sponsors. As you may appreciate, in order
to support the cost of a possible second printing, we may be making a modest charge for
additional copies if we exceed that number. We are also reserving complimentary copies
for requests from others in order to spread this important report widely without
impediment. Of course, if you need additional copies, please let me know, as I will be
able to monitor the supply and, if possible, free up additional complimentary copies for
              sponsors.

We are deeply grateful for your sponsorship and support of the Initiative. Please stay
tuned as we move into the next WBA year. Many have expressed interest in continuing
              this important work.

Please congratulate yourself and your firm for being integral to this ground-breaking and
              important project.

                                                      Sincerely,

                                                      Karen M. Lockwood
