                 NOTICE OF MEETING



TO: OFFICERS AND BOARD MEMBERS OF THE WOMEN'S BAR
          ASSOCIATION FOUNDATION



     There will be a meeting of the Women's Bar Association
Foundation on Wednesday, October 20, 1982, at 6:30 p.m.,
in the offices of Jackson, Campbell & Parkinson, at 1120 -
20th Street, N. W.

     The agenda for this meeting will include a review of
fundraising proposals and plans for 1982-1983. Enclosed
please find a copy of the corrected version of the Bylaws
for your review.

     This is the first meeting of the Foundation with the
newly elected Board members, and it would be appreciated
if everyone could attend.

     For security clearance and elevator access, please
pick up the security phone at the entrance of the building
and announce yourself and where you are going (3rd floor).

     If you find you are unable to attend this meeting,
please call Mary Magdalenski at the Women's Bar Association
office at 775-0420.
