              NOTICE OF MEETING
              OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
                  AND OFFICERS


Notice is hereby given that the next Board of
Directors and Officers meeting will be held on
February 23, 1982, 6:30 p.m. at the office of
Marjorie A. O'Connell, 1730 Rhode Island Avenue,
N. W., Suite 1215.

The purpose of this meeting is to elaborate
further on the fundraising program, to report
on bonding and insurance, and to discuss
immediate contributions to the Foundation's
coffers, as well as other matters.

Please notify Felix Pellom at 466-8200 if you
will not be able to attend.

     Comments on the Foundation's Articles
     and Bylaws must be received at
