Meeting Commenced 7pm I. Approval of Meeting Dates A. Lora Pollari-Welbes prepared a list of meeting dates for the second Tuesday of every month except July and August. (See attached.) Juliana Schulte O'Reilly added July 9 for Comedy Night. B. Ms. O'Reilly moved and Grace Parke-Fremlin seconded a motion to accept meeting dates as proposed by Ms. Pollari-Welbes with the inclusion of the July 9, 1996 date. The motion carried unanimously. II. Approval of Minutes A. Upon motion of Ms. O'Reilly, seconded by Gloria Sulton, the April 9, 1996 minutes were unanimously approved as amended. B. The May 14, 1996 minutes were held until the next meeting pending corrections. 111. Treasurers Report A. No report for this month IV. Annual Meeting Report A. Presented by the Executive Director (see attached) V. Comedy Night A. Report by Ms. O'Reilly (see attached) VI. Fundraising/New Event: -1I- A. Possible Events
