Nancy,

I hope you had a great vacation! Mike, Nick and I are headed to North Carolina to see
his sister and go to the beach for a long weekend. It should be fun.

The July reconciliation's for Bank of America and Legg Mason are both done. I gave
WBAF financials to Donna for the Tuesday night meeting and she e-mailed them out. I
copied you on the email I sent to her. Copies of both WBA and WBAF financials for
July are attached. Year to date we are $36,000 behind in collecting on dues than the
previous year. Hopefully the mailing will be going out soon!

We received a bill from the Hartford for Business Owners Insurance and Workers Comp.
The total is $1,193. Do we split this with the WBA? There is an option to pay in
installments, but I would advise against it. We have the cash and with each installment
payment is a $7 fee, which is equivalent to paying 5.4% in interest. I have not cut a
check for this bill.

Looking forward to seeing you next week. Hope you are nice and refreshed! @

Lisa
