QUESTIONS  &  DISCUSSION  PROTOCOL

Each Question Session will focus on one set of questions below and will use the Fishbowl discussion protocol. The
session will open with core contributors in the virtual fishbowl reflecting on the questions. The fishbowl will, then, open
to discussants to comment freely on the conversation. Finally, observers will be given an opportunity to pose questions
or offer ideas to the group.
