JEWETT,Of Monroe, nomi- nated THOMAS FARRINGTON, of Tioga, as temporary Chairman. I On motio of Mr. PIERC', of Ulster, Mr. W. SCRUGHAM, of Westchester, and Mr. G. DIZA~r, of Dutchess, were appointed Secretaries. Mr. MILLER, ot Oneida, moved that the coun- ties be called in order; which was carried, and a list of those present, which had been prepared by Mr. VAN Dycxr, was called off.
