A BILL
To reduce and equalize taxation, provide revenue, and f'or
other purposes.
1       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2   tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3   That this Act, divided into titles and sections according to
4- the following Table of Contents, may be cited as the Reve-
5   nue Act of 1928 :
