permanently extend the deduction for the health insurance costs of self-
employed individuals, to repeal the provision permitting nonrecognition of
gain on sales and exchanges effectuating policies of the Federal
Communications Commission, and for other purposes, as introduced by
Mr. Archer, et. al. and referred to the House Ways and Means Committee,
February 6, 1995.
