MAKING CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1987
P.L. 99-591 100 Stat 3341
October 30, 1986
1) Public Law No. 99-591 as approved October
30, 1986.
H. J. Res. 738 originally cleared
Congress October 17, 1986 and the
President signed it October 18, making it
P.L. 99-500. However, two pages
concerning funding for certain federal
builings were missing from the original
measure. The corrected version was sent
to the President and, after being signed,
became P.L. 99-591. This law combines
all 13 regular annual appopriations bills
into a single measure declaring
appropriations through September 30,
1987. Each bill is contained in a
seperate volume, in order of appearance
in the law. There also is incorporated
legislation contained in the last two
volumes of this history.
