A BILL
To amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize trial
by military commission for violations of the law        of war,
and for other purposes.
1       Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Reprcsenta-
2 tires of the Un ited States of America in Congress assembled,
3  SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
4        (a) SHOET TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the

5 Militar Commissions Act of 2006.
