An Act

To enhance the competitiveness of American industry, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the &nate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE AND TABLE OF CONTENTS.
(a) SHORT TrrLE.-This Act may be cited as the Omnibus Trade
and Competitiveness Act of 1988.
