from the House Appropriations Committee, 100th
Congress, June 10, 1988.
6)   H.R. 4783 as passed the House, received in the
Senate, and referred to the Senate Appropriations
Committee, June 20, 1988. Subsequently reported
(Senate Report No. 100-399) with amendments, June
23, 1988.
7)   H.R. 4783 as passed the Senate, returned to the
House, and printed with the amendments of the
Senate numbered, July 27, 1988.
