The meeting was called to
order by FCIL-SIS Chair
(2009-2010), Marylin J.
Raisch. The first item was
approval of the Minutes of
the 2009 FCIL Business
Meeting, as published in the
October 2009 FCIL Newslet-
ter. It was moved, and se-
conded, to approve the
minutes, and the vote was
unanimous.
Heidi Frostestad Kuehl, Sec-
retary-Treasurer, reported
on the 2010-2011 Election
Results. Sergio Stone was
unanimously elected as
Vice Chair / Chair-Elect in
the FCIL-SIS online election
in March. It was a successful
online election with over
100 participants.
Secretary-Treasurer's Re-
port: Heidi Frostestad Kuehl
next reported that the FCIL-
SIS budget had a current

Grant for Foreign Law Li-
brarians at the end of fiscal
year 2009-20 10 were
$2,670.00 (which was re-

statement from AALL as of
June 2010). Heidi reported
that the Schaffer Grant had
received several generous
donations during the
Spring.
More detailed reports ap-
pear elsewhere in this
newsletter, including re-

and committees that were
listed in the agenda, but
were not scheduled to meet
until after this business
meeting.
