I.     Manuscripts should be submitted in triplicate, typed, with double spacing on
       one side of the page only. Contributors should also submit -their complete
       manuscript on diskette, preferably in Microsoft Word 6.0 format.

2.     Authors of manuscripts that are published in the Journal receive a copy of
       the Journal free of charge.
