postage. Authors preparing manuscripts for consideration should style their articles and references according to the
conventions of A Manual of Style for Authors, Editors, and Copywriters, twelfth edition, revised (Chicago: University of
Chicago Press, 1969). Text, quotations, and references must be neatly typed and double-spaced. References must be
grouped together on pages separate from the text. Authors alone are responsible for the content of their articles.
