An open invitation is extended to authors for the submission of manuscripts of publishable quality, including articles, book reviews, and speeches. Submissions should be formatted in Word, double-spaced, and should conform generally to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Each submission is reviewed by the Editorial Board, and if accepted, published as soon as our production schedule permits. If you would prefer to have your manuscript returned after consideration, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with postage fully pre-paid.
