Nominees for Council
Members  and Officers. Notice
is  hereby  given   that, in
conjunction with the Annual
Meeting  of the State Bar of
Texas  to  be  held  in San
Antonio, the Annual Meeting of
the Business Law Section will


be  held on Friday, June 2,
1995, at approximately 12:00
p.m.  at  the  San  Antonio
Convention  Center.     The
following persons have been
nominated for election to a two-
year term, commencing at the
close of  the  1995  Annual
Meeting, on the Council of the
Business Law Section:
      John C. Ale
      Curtis W. Huff
      Daryl B. Robertson
      J. Scott Sheehan
      Bradley L. Whitlock
In  addition, the  following
persons have been nominated to
serve, until the close of the
1996   Annual  Meeting,  as
officers of the Business Law

1995 Annual Meeting
Continuing  Legal Education
Program.   The Business Law
Section is co-sponsoring a


continuing  legal  education
program  during  the Annual
meeting of  the State Bar of
Texas.  The  program will be
held on Friday, June 2, 1995,
commencing at 9:00 a.m., at the
San Antonio Convention Center.
Information on and forms for
registration for the program are
included  in  the   materials
regarding the  1995  Annual
Meeting of  the State Bar of
Texas previously mailed to each
member  of the Section.

Invitation to Publish. The
Editor of the Bulletin invites
authors to submit for publication
in the Bulletin any articles or
updates that may be of interest
to the members of the Business
Law   Section.   To   submit
