Services cease and desist from committing or causing any
violations or any future violations of Sections 206(1) and
206(2) of the Investment Advisers Act and that Bacarella
cease and desist from causing and/or aiding and abetting
those violations or any future violations; and that Henry
cease and desist from committing or causing any violations
or any future violations of Section 170) of the Investment
