                  1975 ANNUAL MEETING PROGRAM


    The Section's program during the ABA
Annual Meeting in Montreal is set out below. All
meetings and programs of the Section will,
except where noted, be held from August 9
through August 13 at the Queen Elizabeth
Hotel. Those of you registered for the Annual
Meeting will soon receive a letter from Chairman
Luther J. Avery giving more explicit information
concerning the program and requesting members
who plan to attend the meeting to make their
reservations for Section functions as soon as
possible.

Saturday and Sunday
August 9 and 10
Meetings of the Council in execu-
tive session.
Sunday, August 10
Joint program with the Family
Law Section and the Section of
Taxation on the subject of trusts
and trust provisions, and em-
ployee benefits, in the divorce
situation. Panelists discussing the
trust area are Ms. Constance
Hauver, Denver, Colorado and
Brian Grach of Waukegan, Illi-
nois. Panelists discussing the em-
ployee benefit area are Richard
M. Harter, Boston, Massachusetts,
Donald I. Grande, Milwaukee,
Wisconsin and Gerald J. Kahn,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Pro-
gram's moderator and editor is
Leonard L. Loeb, Milwaukee,


             Wisconsin. The program will be
             held in La Salon Viger A&B,
             Chateau Champlain Hotel.

             Monday, August 11
8:00 a.m.    Probate and Trust Division and
             Real Property Division Commit-
             tee  breakfast for   committee
             members followed by special re-
             ports to each group. Probate and
             Trust Division committee reports
             will include reports by John
             Harris, Chairman of the Commit-
             tee on Charitable Trusts and
             Milton Greenfield, Chairman of
             the Committee on Practice Hand-
             books. Real Property Division
             Committee Chairmen will report
             on the status of their committees'
             projects. At approximately 10:30
             a.m., committee    members of
             both Divisions will meet together
             to enjoy a Section potpourri
             which will include discussions on
             the status of probate reform,
             Individual Retirement Accounts
             under the Pension Reform Act,
             the new federal Real Estate Set-
             tlement Procedures Act, and the
             Tax Reduction Act of 1975.
12:00 p.m.    Luncheon for Section members
              followed by the annual business
              meeting during which such items
              as election of officers and council
              members and approval of bylaw
