ANDREI  MARMOR is   Professor of Philosophy, Maurice
Jones Jr. Professor of Law at the University of Southern
California. In the fall of 2015 he will be joining the philoso-
phy and  law faculties at Cornell University. His main
interests are in philosophy of law, and social and political
philosophy. His recent books include The Language of
Law  (Oxford 2014), The Routledge Companion to Philoso-
phy of Law (editor, 2012); Philosophy of Law (Princeton,
zon); and Social Conventions: From Language  to Law
(Princeton, 2009).

RAHUL   KUMAR  is Associate Professor of Philosophy at
Queen's University, Canada. His research interests lie in
moral and political philosophy, with a particular interest
in contractualist moral theory.

VICTOR  TADROS  is Professor of Criminal Law and Legal
Theory at Warwick University. His books include Crimi-
nal Responsibility (2005) and The Ends of Harm: The
Moral Foundations of Criminal Law  (20n). He holds a
Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship, and is currently
completing a book entitled Wrongs and Crimes.
