RONALD   DWORKIN   died on February 14, 2013. He was
Frank Henry Sommer  Professor of Law and Philosophy at
NYU  and was formerly the Professor of Jurisprudence at
Oxford University and Quain Professor of Jurisprudence
at University College, London. He was the author of
four previous articles in the journal. His book Religion
Without God will be published later this year by Harvard
University Press.

JOSEPH  HEATH   is Professor in the Department  of
Philosophy and Director of the Centre for Ethics at the
University of Toronto, as well as a Fellow of the Trudeau
Foundation. He is the author of Communicative Action
and Rational Choice (MIT, 2001) and Following the Rules
(Oxford, 2008).

AviHAY  DORFMAN   is a lecturer (associate professor) at
the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.

ALON  HAREL  is the Phillip P. Mizock & Estelle Mizock
Chair in Administrative and  Criminal Law, Hebrew
University Law School; Center of Rationality, Hebrew
University of Jerusalem.
