formance of two CLE programs geared to
government and public sector lawyers.
Sex, Good    Order and    Discipline:
Compating the Cultural, Social and
Disciplinary Treatment Sexual Harassment
Receives in Military and Civilian Work
Environments was back by popular
demand after last year's ABA Midyear
Meeting. Moderated by Lee Schinasi,
professor of law, University of Miami Law
School, panelists included    Michael
Barnsback, of Robl, Brown & Barnsback;
Deborah 0. Day, Psy.D., Psychological
Affiliates, Inc.; and Lt. Col. Stephanie D.
Willson, Chief of the Labor and
Employment Law      Division  of the
Army JAG. The panelists compared
how sexual and gender based problems
impact their respective environments,
along with means to avoid harassment
incidents.
