    SUBSCRIPTIONS: Volume 27 of the New York University Environmental Law
Journal will contain three issues. Subscription rates for Volume 27 are: Domestic:

    SUBMISSIONS: The Journal   invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts. The
Journal will return such manuscripts upon receipt of postage and handling fees of $2.00.
Authors should submit manuscripts in a double-spaced, typed format.
    EDITORIAL POLICIES: The Journal uses the text   and citation rules set forth in
The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th ed. 2015), copyright by the Columbia,
Harvard, and University of Pennsylvania Law Reviews, and The Yale Law Journal.
    It is the general policy of the Journal to use feminine pronouns for the third person
singular when the pronoun is used generically. The Journal will waive this policy for a
specific article at the request of the author.

   RECYCLED PAPER: The Journal's cover is   printed on 60% recycled paper with
   a  minimum  of 10%  post-consumer waste. Inside pages are printed on 100%
   recycled paper with a minimum of 50% post-consumer waste.
