Mets, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Baltimore Orioles, 1987 to Present.
2. Scott v. Sanford, 60 U.S. (19 How.) 393 (1857). Scott played for the Kansas City
Royals, Montreal Expos, Oakland A's, Chicago Cubs, and New York Yankees, 1975-82.
3. Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966). Miranda played for the Washington
Senators, Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Browns, New York Yankees, and Baltimore Orioles,
1951-59.
4. Schenck v. United States, 249 U.S. 47 (1919). Schenck played for the Louisville
Eclipse, Richmond Virginians, and Brooklyn in the American Association, 1882-85.
5. McCulloch v. Maryland, 17 U.S. (4 Wheat.) 316 (1819). McCulloch played for the
