The review has been experiencing financial and technical difficulties. This explains its irregular appearances, why we are producing a single issrie for 1966 and why there will be another single, if enlarged, issue for 1967 too. Our readers have rightfully wanted to know the reasons undcrlying this irregularity. We are hopeful that, with their sup- port, we may be able to publish The New ,Yugoslav Law with greater regularity in 1968, which should also witness certain improvements in its presentation and contents. Meanwhile, we would appreciate to hear from readers just how much they are interested to see this review perpetuated as well as their comments on its contents and possible suggestions. At the same time, oe request our existing subscribers to let us know whether they intend to renew their subscription. The annual subscription rate, covering four issues, would be U.S. $ 3.50 for mailing to foreign destinations and 4o dinars for subscribers in Yugoslavia. This issue is expressive of certain more important political-legal discussions which have been conduoted in Yugoslavia in recent years.
