NOTE FROM THE EXECUTIVE EDITORS OF THE MANITOBA
LAW JOURNAL:

We thank the editors of this volume, Jocelyn Stacey and the Nomi
Claire Lazar, and all of the contributing authors for inviting us to partner

provincial community. One will be on online dispute resolution; it will
explore how lawyers, judges, and civil servants made increased use of
distance technologies in the administration of justice and what features of
those experiments will endure. The other special issue will explore decision-
making during the crisis by our most senior elected leaders.
