  Harvard  Law  School is sponsormg a 3.day confer-
ence on Law  and Poverty on Friday evening, March
17, through Sunday afternoon, March 19.
  Earl Johnson Jr  Dire1o  of the Legal Services Pro-
gram, will make the introductory speech on FIday ev-

programs work  for egislative reform? How much can

  On  February  1, the National Clearing House for
  materials produced by Legal Services projects began
operation, fillnbg a need that  has been  apparent
since soon  after the legal War   on  Povery   was
launched.
   Bing  indexed are hundreds  of lega  meoranda,
 pleadings, points and aiuthorities, as well as cmmintyr
 educatioall materils produced   by  legal  services
 projects.
   So that the Clearng House can be as functional and
