The Law & Housing Newsletteks is published quarterly under the
auspices of the Case Western Reserve Law Student Services Association,
a non-profit corporation incorporated in Ohio. Partial funding is
made available by the Student Bar Association. We also request a
yearly donation of $2.50 from our readers to help defray our costs.
The function of this newsletter is to be an informative 4burce
for the most recent trends of court and legislative action in the
area of housing law in Ohio. There will be other articles which
will examine major developments concerning housing law in other
states.
Comments, suggestions, and letters are invited to assist us
in providing the best possible source for legal research. We also
solicit your legal writings for publication. All correspondence
and/or contributions should be addressed to the Case Western Reserve
Law Student Service Association, Room A 09, Cleveland, Ohio 44106.
