January 2017 - Publications for Your Practice

As you know, the Section of Dispute Resolution is a leader in the
field of dispute resolution, both nationally and internationally. The
Section also is committed to both the integrity and expansion of
dispute resolution processes. The Section's Dispute Resolution
Magazine and books are central to achieving our mission and goals.

Every issue of Dispute Resolution Magazine informs and challenges
all of us, with news and analysis from scholars and practitioners at
the cutting edge. It's no wonder that the Magazine regularly is
described as a thought leader. Look for the Winter 2017 issue of
the Magazine on the theme of Uniform Acts in your mailbox and
inbox soon.

Every year, the Section also publishes a selection of thought-
provoking books designed to take us to new worlds-including
innovative areas of practice or in-depth insights regarding our
processes, skills and psychology. With this issue of Just Resolutions,
we highlights some of our new and classic publications and other
resources available to members.
