SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1903.
The court met pursuant to law.

McKenna, Mr. Justice Holmes and Mr. Justice Day.
John M. Coit of Washington, D. C., Geo. Whitney Moore of Detroit,
Mich., Clyde C. Dawson of Canon City, Colo., William H. Spencer
of Williamsport, Pa., Thomas M. B. Hicks of Williamsport, Pa., Archi-
bald Cox of New York City, Charles C. Goodale of Lamar, Colo.,
Frederick A. Williams of Denver, Colo., Halsted L. Ritter of Denver,
Colo., Julius J. Frank of New York City, Sidney M. Ehrman of San
Francisco, Cal., David K. Tone of Chicago, Ill., Geo. Gillette of Chi-'
cago, Ill., U. S. Webb of San Francisco, Cal., and Frederick C. Foster
of Madison, Ga., were admitted to practice.
The Chief Justice announced that all motions noticed for to-day would
be heard to-morrow, and that the court would then commence the call of
the docket pursuant to the twenty-sixth rule.
Adjourned until to-morrow at 12 o'clock.
The day call for Tuesday, October 13, will be as follows: Nos. 3, 6,
7 (and 8), 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 19 and 20.
