           UNIVERSITY OF BALTIMORE

 JOURNAL OF LAND AND DEVELOPMENT

 VOLUME 5 FALL 2015 NUMBER 1

The University of Baltimore School of Law's Journal of Land and
Development is one of few journals that specializes in property and
environmental law. The Journal is published electronically on the UB
Law School Library website, along with major electronic sources such as
LexisNexis, Westlaw and HeinOnline. To subscribe to thejournal free of
charge simply email JLD@ubalt.edu. In addition, all current and past
articles are available free of charge at http://scholarworks.law.ubalt.edu/
 ubjld/.

Consequently, the Journal reaches a wide audience and is read by a
number of legal professionals. The Journal's publications are widely
viewed and cited by some of the most important legal resources.

The Journal is extremely flexible with regards to the length and format of
the articles chosen for publication. The Journal's priority and focus is to
publish quality articles that appeal to our many readers throughout the
legal community. Thus, we accept articles that range from just a few
pages to articles that are quite lengthy. Any article covering
developments in areas of property, land use, construction, urban
development, environmental law and related fields will be considered.
Unlike other competing journals that may be strictly regulated by their
length or format requirements, this allows us the flexibility to publish
well-written articles that would otherwise be disqualified merely due to
length or format. Our selection process is based solely on the quality of
 the submission.

The Journal only accepts articles from legal professionals. The Journal
will not consider articles written by law students because our staff editors
receive priority consideration for publication of student articles.

Please feel free to submit articles and a current resume via email to
JLD@ubalt.edu. Articles submitted for consideration are encouraged to
be submitted in .doc file format.

 Sincerely,

 Gregory A. Franklin
 Editor-in-Chief
