Editorial
The Journal of Intellectual Property and Information
Technology (JIPIT) Law is an academic journal founded by the
Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law
(CIPIT). CIPIT undertook this endeavour to offer and provide a
platform for academic research on Intellectual Property and

observations made, gaps identified and recommendations are a
great resource for anyone interested in these areas. We hope that
the articles will add to the body of work coming from the region,
offering unique insight as well as elevating research from the
region.
