   * Carol J. Miller holds the rank of Distinguished Professor at Missouri State University,
where she has taught business law and environmental regulation since 1984. She is a past
national president of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business. She earned her J.D. and
M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
   T John C. Meyer is a Lecturer at California State University, Chico where he has taught
business law since 2015. He earned a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge
School of Law, and has practiced environmental law since 1992.
   1 Bonnie B. Persons is an Associate Professor at California State University, Chico
where she has taught business law since 2008. She earned a J.D. from the University of the
Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, an M.B.A. from Tilburg University, and an M.S. of
Management from Purdue University.
