Juni 1975 About Insurance Medical Evaluation of Psychoreactive Disturbances Summary: Results arising from injuries within the valid field of the statutory Accident Insurance and of the Federal Law Governing Pensions and Grants can only be recognized as such and give rise to financial compensations if bodily or psychic damages within the legally protected Risk Area are made probable, and if a connexion between these injuries and the unbiased finding of the actual health disorders prove to be substantial. The assessment of the damage must bear in mind the individual conditions of the victims. Symptomatology, differen- tial diagnosis and medical insurance estimation of the neurosis in the true sense, of the personality alteration brought about by selfexperienced hard- ships (concentration camp neurosis) and the psychogenic breeding of symptoms with a final view to having an ailment recognized, are discussed with a special bearing on the phenomenons which cause the will to express itself. Zusammenfassung: Im Geltungsbereich der gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung und des Bundesversorgungsgesetzes k~nnen Schadigungsfolgen nur dann anerkannt werden und materielle Leistungen auslosen, wenn somatische bzw. psychische. Traumen im ge- setzlich geschutzten Risikobereich wahrscheinlich gemacht sind und sich. der Zusammenhang zwischen ihnen und den objektiv vorliegenden Gesundheitss.torungen als wesentlich darstellt. Die Beurteilung hat die individuellen Verhaltnisse der Betroffenen zu berUcksichtigen. Sympotomatik, Differentialdiagnose und ver- sicherungsmedizinische Beurteilung der Neurosen im eigentlichen Sinne, des erlebnisbedingten Personlichkeitswandels (KZ-Neurosen) und der psychogenen Symptombildungen mit finaler Ausrichtung auf einen Krankheitsgewinn werden unter besonderer Berucksichtigung willens-phaenomenologischer Aspkete bespro- chen.
