  ROCKY MOUNTAIN MINERAL LAW REVIEW

                             Published by
THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN MINERAL LAW FOUNDATION
                       Boulder, Colorado 80302

The various law reviews and other legal periodicals contain much original
literature on mining, oil and gas law and taxation and related matters that
is invaluable to attorneys interested in these areas of the law. As a practical
matter, though, most attorneys do not have the benefit of this literature be-
cause they are not aware of the material or because all of the various publi-
cations are not available in the local libraries.

To make this material available to all attorneys, the Foundation com-
menced the publication of the ROCKY MOUNTAIN MINERAL LAW RE-
VIEW in the fall of 1963. The first issue of the REVIEW contained reprints
of' all noteworthy articles, abstracts of other articles and an index to all
literature concerning mining and oil and gas law and taxation, published be-
 tween January 1, 1962 and July 31, 1963.

Subsequent issues of the REVIEW have followed the same format, and
with the current issue, provide a complete index to all such literature for the
 period January 1, 1962 - June 30, 1967.
