MISSION STATEMENT: The Florida State University Business Review is published at The
Florida State University College of Law. The Business Review was founded in 2000 to
provide a scholarly forum for discussion of legal developments in the business community.
CITE As: FLA. ST. U. Bus. REV.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions are U.S. $25.00 domestic/Canada, $30.00 international. The
Business Review is published annually. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless
notice of termination is given.
SUBMISSIONS: All manuscripts submitted for publication are reviewed as expeditiously as
possible to determine their suitability for publication. Text and footnotes should reasonably
conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010). The Business
Review reserves the right to determine the final stylistic form in which the manuscript will
be published.
