CONCILIATION COURTS REVIEW

The Conciliation Courts Review is published twice yearly by the Association of Family Con-
ciliation Courts (formerly known as Conference of Conciliation Courts) and is edited by Meyer Elkin,
Conciliation Courts Review, Room 241, 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles, California 90012.
The REVIEW serves as a communication medium for members of the Association of Family
Conciliation Courts, other persons and agencies interested in conciliation practices and procedures and
the strengthening and preservation of marriage and family life. It also aims toward stimulating the
growth of new conciliation and family courts in areas not now providing such services. Additionally,
it is concerned with the prevention of family disharmony and the effective preparation of people for
marriage and family life.
The REVIEW is interdisciplinary and invites contributions from the field of law and the be-
havioral sciences.
The rate per copy is $5.00 for non-members of the Association of Family Conciliation Courts,
libraries, schools, public and private agencies and organizations.
Back copies for all past copies, starting with Volume 1, Number 1 (1963), are $5.00 per copy.
All back copies are available.
Manuscripts submitted for publication should not exceed 20 double-spaced typed pages. Two
