On November 20, 1928, the Federal Grand Jury ft at Elkins, West Virginia, returned an indictment in forty-seven counts, charging Harry I. Spielman and others with violation of the National Motor Vehicle Theft Act. Harry . Spielman is the subject of Identi- fication Order No. 1321, issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
