Editors'Foreword
The European Review ofInternational Studies (ERs) has a new publisher. The
first issue of volume 7/2020 is published by Brill, a company whose reputation
is high in the academic sphere. Changing publisher provides ERIS with new
possibilities for growth in terms of widening our audience as a peer review
journal in the discipline of International Relations.
To attract manuscripts from leading and junior scholars, we will maintain
our pluralistic approach, covering a large spectrum of paradigms and empiri-
cal case studies. We will also stay faithful to our European roots in promoting
works from different national traditions, and in reviewing books published in
a range of European languages.
Thanks to renewed Editorial and Scientific Boards, and the institutional
support of CERI - Sciences Po and Canterbury Christ Church University, we
are proud to make our contribution to the construction of a critical debate on
the future of international relations, and of global governance.
Brill's Editorial Manager system makes it very easy for contributors to up-
load their papers/proposals for articles, special issues and book reviews. Pa-
pers are published online, in addition to hard copy, thus accelerating the dis-
semination of topical research. For details go to: https://www.editorialmanager
.com/ERIS/default.aspx.
We remain open to all good contributions coming from Europe and the rest
of the world. Thanks to these inputs, ERIS will continue to be a quality jour-
nal useful to scholars, students, and the broader public, all of whom all have
a growing need to decrypt and to reflect upon contemporary international
relations.
