Drake Law School, Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa 50311, and is printed at the Darby
Printing Co., 715 W. Whitehall St., S.W., Atlanta, GA 30310. Second class postage paid at Des
Moines, Iowa, and additional mailing offices. Postmaster: send 3579 forms to Drake Law Re-

   Subscription price for the Drake Law Review is $15 per Volume. Single issues of Volumes
29 and 30 may be purchased for $7 each. For subscriptions or back issues, please write the
Managing Editor, Drake Law Review, Drake University, Des Moines, IA 50311. Back issues
prior to Volume 29 may be obtained from Fred B. Rothman & Co., Law Books, 10368 W.
Centennial Rd., Littleton, Colo. 80123.
   Subscriptions will only be cancelled after the entire Volume has been printed. If subscrip-
tions are not cancelled, they are presumed to continue.
   Subscribers should report non-receipt of an issue within six months of its mailing or one
month of receipt of a succeeding issue. We regret that after six months, issues will not be
provided free of charge.
